Delve into this document, which two of our editors collaboratively worked on alongside the authors/customers. It's a publication proposal submitted to a publisher in the United Kingdom. We spent several weeks working with the authors to get the tone of the language just right, and to ensure that the full sweep of relevant ideas and theories were captured and properly applied in the text. We assigned two editors to support the customers in developing this proposal, one of whom (Alex) has extensive experience in using postmodern theory as a framework for explaining data patterns, and one of whom (Nick) is an English literature PhD graduate.
This is a sample of a PhD thesis we have edited from start to finish. It is a draft version so there are some comments in the document. The customer's study pertained to the impacts of ICT use on psychiatric social work practice and psychiatric social worker-service user relationships. We edited the whole document for grammar, syntax, lexicon, spelling, formatting, referencing and citation styles, and essay structure. We assigned this job to Carla, who is a registered social worker and a doctoral student based in the United Kingdom.

Our Team
Our team is made up of 12 editors who work as freelancers for us, and four leadership team members. The leadership team (see below) vet our editors, making sure that we only recruit postgraduates who have achieved top grades and have ample experience in their area of expertise. They also quality check the editors' work on a regular basis.
